Patong Heights Hotel

The culinary scene was fabulous, especially with the halal options available, made meals with a twist. The space was modern and comfy with amazing sea and mountain views. A fine open terrace that upped our vacation game.

The breakfast was a bit meh, with limited western selections and a shuttle service that needed to stretch its hours beyond 7:30 PM. Tackling those hills turned into a tuk-tuk adventure that quickly added up in costs!

Liked the location on a hill overlooking Patong Beach. And it was also really close to Patong Beach and Jungceylon, and markets...

I loved that the room was reasonably large with jacuzzi. The location was particularly good there, to walk from the beach. Besides, it was close enough to the main market as well as top the hill.

The presidential suite was TOTALLY misrepresented, with a tiny balcony instead of a terrace. Absolutley frustrating! Breakfast was cold, and don't even start on the shuttle service, which barely kept up. I expected some sort of compensation, but apparently, I'm just like everyone else here. I almost thought about giving a good review, but I just couldn't.

Had brand-new room with Jacuzzi and mountain view, for instance for a perfect stay. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and a stovetop were available in the kitchen...

The noise from the restaurant and lobby intrudes into the rooms!!! Lacking isolation leaves guests awake and annoyed. The view out of the window is just a concrete wall!!! Extremely limited options nearby for purchasing kitchen supplies.

Misleading Description and Poor Breakfast Options

I was disappointed by the deceptive room photos and location far from attractions. The unique terrace promised was nonexistent, replaced by a small balcony. Breakfast often served cold and unappealing. If you stay, check room facilities at arrival and be cautious of transport costs.

Patong Heights offers fine views and a good welcome from the owner. The location is perfectly balanced, just enough away from the chaos of Patong yet close when you need it.

The staff, especially Mr Khin, were attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The room was spacious, modern, and equipped with comfortable bedding that provided a restful sleep.
